insignificant small fry!

&so today started off with b &i waking up a tad bit too late cos we had to be at nus at 9 to watch mr kenneth teo play against sim at a water polo competition! strangely, we were there to support him, rather than our own sch. oops! haha it was fun watching, but cos sim didnt have enough players on the team as it is, &nus didnt even need to win this game to get into the finals, it seemed more like a friendly training game rather than a proper competition.

&then it was holland v laksa for lunch! (: sotong ma! too bad you were off at batam! if not we would've called you! haha anyhoo, b went off for sports outing while i stoned off all the way home, in need of my best friend at home; ie, my bed.

&so i reached home to an empty house at abt 12.30pm, had a little me time, &went off to bed at 1pm. all thanks to the ginormous pile of work i've been trying to get through the past week, my intention of sleeping only for 2 hours &waking up at 3, resulted in me sleeping for 5 hours instead &waking up at a glorious time of 6pm! i went out of the room, only to find mary. &this was what she said,

mary: wow! you slept for so long! i didnt even realise you were home, sleeping in your room till i was cleaning the house at 3something. i was wondering why your room door was closed &saw you sleeping inside!

&so i went on to call the parents to see where they were..

mommy: hello! where are you?
me: at home! i was home since 12.30!
mommy: what?? you're at home?? how can that be! we came back at 1.30 &left the house again at 2.30 but we didnt see you at all! &i was wondering where you ended up going the whole day!
me: thats cos i was sleeping all the way till now! i just woke up.
mommy to daddy &aunt audrey: DID YOU KNOW THE GIRL WAS AT HOME ALL THIS WHILE??

this continued with outbursts of laughter &incredulous "?!?!?!?!" comments by daddy &auntaudrey. sheesh. now i know how insignificant i am. so annoying. rrrrrrah. haha! ;p

im dying with the whole load of jameskwan homework! :'(

whoopee. &the assignments are overdued already. its sucking half my life away. hence my 5hour nap this afternoon. :( like what didi said, i should've just gone on that cruise trip afterall.

cny next week! &once again, i'll be off to the motherland for the new year! haha i know cindiie's all ready to kill me for travelling again &again &again. ;p
